I recently bought a reconditioned Milwaukee M18 jigsaw, and had an excellent experience.
The tool works great; I've used it on a couple of projects already.
It arrived in plain brown packaging, and was missing a couple of non-essential items like a splinter guard. I reached out to ask if that was expected, and they offered to refund me the amount it would cost to order the parts, which I thought was super fair.
The only caveat I'm aware of is that you won't get the normal Milwaukee warranty. Mine had a 30 day, IIRC.
They earned a customer and I will absolutely order from them again.
I have both. The "router only" one stays in a table.
