These are so acidic. I hate having to add baking soda to pasta sauces when butter and honey/sugar aren't enough to curb the acidity but it was unavoidable for these canned tomatoes. I have 3 of them sitting in the pantry that I'll probably never use unless I dilute them in another sauce

Use them to make chili. The ground beef and beans will cut the acidity.
