Samsung updated - now dual sim w/o 2nd IMEI?

It updated to Android 15 & UI 7
Now it shows 2 Sims.
Can not turn off the 2nd Sim, which doesn't have an IMEI either? Who gives the IMEI? How to turn off the SIM2 - sim manager doesn't work in disabling it.
What is the fix?
