Nothing wrong with air cooler. Water can get very loud.

There is an option to upgrade it to Water Cooler but that may not be required. The Processor is a Non-K Processor, meaning no overclocking and 2ndly, the Processor is not the highest end Core Ultra 9 with a lot of cores and very high frequencies. It really does not require top of the line cooling solution.

Based on what metrics ? The unlocked version of this process can compete with the 9800X3D in gaming. It's far from trash from what I can see

No one is buying these 5080 to play at 1080p. If you play at 1080p dont buy these highend graphics cards. At 2k and 4k difference is nearly none. Productivity intel wins all the way

7600x instead would cut down the cost by another $200. Better CPU anyway

This is not that good, nowhere near recent Dell deals. I got a better processor, the ultra 9, 1000w PSU, larger SSD, and water cooling with the same GPU and ram for about $400 less.

Can you show us the deal. That deal deal was $2499 and you probably can get a 10% discount on top of that using the First dell newsletter signup. Otherwise, please point us to that deal you are referring.

That was the one. $2249 after coupon, but I also got another $100 off from credit card offers and 13% cash back...not to mention about $113 in Dell rewards. But even excluding all the extras, I'd much rather have that one at $2249 than this one for $100 less.

Which of these prebuilt companies have the better build quality and proprietary components overall....HP Omen, Lenovo Legion, or Dell Alienware?

Yeah hp really has been crappy lately on specs and pricing. Got a great deal on a 45L omen, but now everything is way over priced.
