Just looked at my receipt from Thursday last week— a turkey sub in the giant variety with no extra cost add-on ingredients was $21.87.
It's pretty big, but I finished it in one sitting. I am a hard worker and my BMI is basically the same as the sub. Also a non-smoker.

a giant is a 12 inch sub. I eat a lot, and I would feel bloated polishing a giant sub from jersey mike's by myself. I dont know about where you are, but the store here close to me, they pack in a lot of meat and veggies. 6 inch is more than enough for most people out there.

2 subs? I could easily take down a giant. Jersey Mike's are definitely overpriced. I agree that the $2 off is insulting, basically they're saying we'll cover your tip.
