Have printed a ton on it. Finally having to fill the black. All colors are still a half tank.
I do run a scheduled task to print a full color test page weekly to keep print heads from drying out. Sitting is an inkjets killer.

3850 has a document feeder for faster scanning of multiple documents in a small stack. With the 2850 you must scan each page on the glass one at a time. The 3850 also has a dedicated paper tray, while the 2850 seems to require loading the paper from the back side which I am not a fan of.
