You're so much better off spending ten minutes finding a collage you like from Google Images, use a free app like Paint.net to upsize it to remove pixelization when printed, then paste your photos into the template (or, for irregular shapes, cut out the stock images and add your photos as background layers).
AI tools can kind of do this. But, they're not at a point where you aren't going to have to trial and error guess at prompts to make any free AI understand what you are asking. Easier if you go down that path to break out the individual pieces of the collage, then ask AI to swap the photos, then manually reassemble the pieces into your final collage image.
But if you like the Walgreens stock templates, then yeah. Go with that. Less work for a $2 photo print.
I'm guessing if my wife buys one and I buy one, we're considered separate customers.

It is one per account. Walgreens online platform doesn't have a way of knowing who's clicking lol. That's adorable though. Humble little sweeties.

Absolutely. I always Google "(whatever theme image)+HD image" and then use the app FotoGrid to make custom collage, add txt or background etc ... I've made garage sale signs before (covered in packing tape or laminate).
Have also made business cards with that app. design one then replicate image to fill up full page then cut it out.
For $2 can't beat it. Possibilities are endless. 1 per account though so I had to make like 4 Walgreens accounts.
