I know its a bit more expensive, but I switched to the helimix bottles from blender bottles and the difference is night and day. I have yet to see an instance where it has left clumps after shaking, which was a pretty common occurrence i had with the blender bottles. I am never going back to blender bottles again.

I use old shaker bottles with no ball or mixer thing, just plain old shaking it up and down and don't get clumps.
