I don't see any mention of a charger, but I'd be surprised if they didn't include one.

The build quality was not very good (lots of flex on keyboard and LCD, terrible touchpad) but my biggest issue was that it would kill batteries just by sitting unused and completely powered off for a few months. Something in that laptop was draining the lithium battery past the point of recovery while it was completely powered off.
I replaced the battery, left it powered off and plugged in for a few months, and the new battery was dead again.
I finally replaced it with an Asus TUF A15 and couldn't be happier.
For this reason I'd be very hard-pressed to recommend a refurb Acer.

These are just some of the times this deal has been posted in the past, $100 cheaper for exact refurbished, and the same price for new! Almost every time, it was downvoted for this price. Goes to show that clueless people would just upvote any random deal, then actual good ones posted by plenty of other members. This is not a good deal for the price at all.
