Siloxanes are a broad group of chemicals, only a handful of which are considered harmful by the EU, none of which are used in parchment paper. It's a non-sequitur anyway, as the moronic term "forever chemical" refers specifically to PFAS compounds.
Now there's two of you here spreading false information based on misinterpreted half truths. Ya dingus.

If you're gonna come in here and spout irrelevant nonsense at least make sure it's accurate irrelevant nonsense. Parchment paper isn't PFAS, it's silicone ya dingus.

No it does not, not in any meaningful amount. Nonstick parchment paper is silicone coated paper, PFAS is not involved in the manufacturing process and the trace amounts that can be found are from environmental sources (e.g. contamination in the wood pulp). It's measured in the tens of parts per million.

This is a good deal. If you really want cheaper per sheet buy a restaurant box from a restaurant supply place. We use a good amount of parchment paper and have been working on the same 1000-sheet box since 2021.
I am sorry you don''t like them, but that's reality - you adjust to the facts around you, not the other way around. Makes sense?
