Might've lucked out on an Amazon price glitch, but I snagged this for $799.99 last year in December
I think its easy to confuse all the odyssey monitors including the non-odyssey CH9. I've had all of them. This is the priciest one outside of the ARK.
People constantly claim they got these monitors for $699 but they confuse the CHG90 which is only 49" 1080p.
Honestly if this is what you're in the market for $1500 is a great price. I adore mine.
Tempted to buy a second to replace my other platform which is on the crappy odyssey non-oled 49".
P.S. Samsung wanted to REPAIR ON SITE the monitor that came OOB with a bad backlight that wouldn't stopped flickering. insanity to treat a customer of a flagship item like that. I fought with them for weeks and got denied replacement before having to Amazon exchange.
I own this and it's much better than the 49 inch due to usable vertical space.
supposedly it hit 1399 before on amazon.

I've had both the oled and non-oled 49" G9 models. Both served me well, although the display port of the oled model stopped working correctly. I have seen the 57" closer to $1200-1300 on the Samsung website, using my military discount. That was some time ago tho and almost pulled the trigger back then.
