I used to do bread crumbs...but the i saw some pizza shop that has a youtube channel...when they get the dough ball they start forming it on a bunch of flour... i tried it its perfect..just slides in so easily

I got a better trick! Flour on the peel (big spatula), then just before you load the pizza, lift an edge and blow some air under like a bubble. The pizza will slide like water, so be careful!
