Those were not shipped and sold by walmart. This one is (at the moment at least).
1. Button/hinge breaks after a while rendering the bottle useless
2. Straw detaches way to easy eliminating the sipping method of drinking
The one handed open was the gimmick that was poorly executed, also there are 2-3 small rubber gaskets you have to remove everytime you clean it
People have a cult following for these bottles and for really no reason
Not true, there is a link that takes you to fakes but this link took me directly to Owala as seller. But beware there is a link that takes you to a seller that spells it O/w-a/l/a (lol so shady)

I love my Owalas, way better than Stanleys, better function, better sipping. While I do agree it's not perfect, I love the push button and have had zero issues with then. And the straw does come out sometimes, but it's much higher quality straw than the cheaper ones from other water bottles that warp and get destroyed over time, these straws have stayed perfect for me and the family
