I bought one of these and ended up returning it. Problem with it is you HAVE to use the panasonic app, there are no alternatives or integrations for anything else, it's not RTSP/ONVIF compatible, and there's no web server. Nothing. Just their stupid app. And it can be hit-or-miss with pairing with phones.

Which is a damn shame, because the camera itself is awesome. It holds on to your window like a giant suction cup and produces awesome images, both at day and at night. It's too bad they can't sell this as a normal IP camera.

Did you have any overheating issues? Some users remove the backing to alleviate heat issues - especially since it's a window application that can be in direct sunlight, for a considerable time.

I only ran it for a few days and not in particularly hot weather that I can recall, so I wouldn't know.

It's funny, the camera I usually have in that spot is a cheap amcrest ptz camera that falls down whenever my brother opens that window lol.
