It says "Manually" reversible and I don't see the standard switches to do it, so I wonder if the motors can't be reversed. Didn't know there were any like that out there, but description also says that it has low and high speeds, so they are definitely cutting costs anyway possible.

Yes. There is a button on it to manually change fan direction. It states "manual reverse" because the Bluetooth or wireless versions require you to physically push the button.
