Lowest I've seen this printer go for by $10. It'll hit $200 by end of year.

Been PETG printing on this thing for a server rack, since I've been stalled with my P1S messed up and waiting on replacement parts, enjoying it so far and recommend the ForgeX custom firmware for this to unlock lots of capabilities and features.

I've had a few 3d printers but I always come back to not wanting to deal with maintenance. Is this thing set it and forget it?

What are the maintenance that is a barrier to you? At $200 I might want to dip my toes into 3D printing to print things first my kids really but not if it's a lot of work.

Corexy printers like this, creality k1, bambu and their ilk, and elegoo centauri are all fairly low maintenance and are mostly plug in and print setups.

I had a makerbot that lasted for years and years but I always had to fight with leveling and replacing either the end or plate or something else. By the end it was basically a coin toss whether the print got halfway or not. I just want something I can at least get a year out of without needing to take big chunks of it apart.

The Pro is on sale for $356 with the coupon code. Worth it for $135 more?

Well the bigger build volume and full enclosure are something to consider, other you can just get the bare centauri for 200. May have to wait a while because it's on back/pre order.
