This is, possibly, one of the first honest batteries I've encountered. It lists the output as 6200maH after typical losses. It also lists all of the available PD modes. Based on entirely unscientific and barely-monitored use in recharging my Surface Pro X and my iPhone, I'd say the net charge to the device (6200mAh/23Wh) is probably on the conservative side.

IMHO the loop-cable is weird, but otherwise the form factor is small and it's been reliable the last 3-4 months I've owned one.

They do what they say. I have several. I dont even carry a bigger battery sometimes. ..45W and 10Kmah. Thats good enough for 80% of my circumstantial needs (except for a long haul flight). For $12 why not try it out. You can return it if you dont like it.
