This is a superb deal. The Memory is the only short coming but I would not even use it.Consider this on sale prices, 400 for the 9800x3d. 400 for the board is already 170 in savings and the ram for 100 is 900. -70 cpu, -100 mobo, -30 memory best case scenario for sale prices off msrp. So it's all of these on sale and an additional 20 dollars Amazons best deal 370 for cpu and by third party. So no warranty. I would order asap, if you don't get the gifts this deal is dead(limited supply). Second, once those tariffs kick all these items are going up.
Everyone was worried about tariffs for the past several months but they haven't actually happened. If and when they happen, demand will decrease, which means prices will eventually decrease until a new equilibrium is reached. Tariffs won't necessarily result in higher prices for most people in the long term - if they even ever happen.

why do you say the RAM is a shortcoming!?
Not the ram friend.. the nvme. I even specifically mention the ram as part of the discount.

The gift ram is not good for this processor?
The ram is excellent. My comment referred to the NVME ssd. It's not horrible but I already got memory bought from way back.
I use that same ram in my current pc dd4 though. 7 years and it's solid

The benefit is that I can do dual x8 at pcie 5.0 speeds so this is a perfect board for producitivty
If you are doing productivity and not solely gaming you buy a 9950x3d. If you ain't gaming why even spend the extra dough the 9950x is like 450??? Maybe wrong on price but something like that

I agree you just never know. If you by any chance need a car, that's something I would purchase immediately cause the dealers are still crazy jacking up the prices. Even on American cars.. but this is off topic.
I'm not trying to ensue fear. I think it's a great deal and I laid it out for everyone. Really hope I get the whole thing cause if I just get the cpu and board it's going back.
I buy all my pc parts in pieces to never really rush it. I got a 4 tb 990 pro so that memory is useless to me and I paid like 230 on a glitched sale and actually Samsung cancelled my order cause the price was so low and I had a screen shot from the website and they honored it with a promo code. They had to manually send me an invoice to pay for it lol.
Also way back I bought my gpu and cpu AIO cooler. So now all I need is a case fans and psu. Will be about 2800 for a fully custom picked pc with pretty much TOTL everything.

Microcenter is the same thing lol
Microcenter didn't bundle other stuff to get a gpu. You didn't need to buy sticks of memory, or just a motherboard to buy a gpu.

They made their gpus more available by limiting to one in 30 days by tracking drivers license numbers.

The confusion comes from "memory is the only short coming". Most folks equate ram with memory and ssds with storage. I understand what you're getting at but was confused myself a bit at first.
