*Uber x Delta Mileage Earn Terms and Conditions

This offer ("Offer") is limited to individuals who (a) have enrolled as US-based members of the SkyMiles program and have a US-based Uber account and (b) have linked their SkyMiles account and their Uber account within the Uber App (a "Linked Account"). To earn miles, you must (i) select Delta as your primary loyalty offer partner to earn within your Uber App ("Earning Partner") and (ii) place a "Qualifying Transaction." A "Qualifying Transaction" means a completed transaction made using the Uber and/or Uber Eats App, in accordance with one of the Mileage Offers herein, with Delta selected as your Earning Partner for such transaction. Delta business accounts are not eligible to participate.

Mileage Offer on Qualifying Transactions for Rides: Linked Account members are eligible to earn miles on their Total Trip Fare (defined below) for the following qualifying rides in the U.S.: (i) 1 mile per $1 USD of Total Ride Fees on Uber X airport rides, (ii) 2 miles per $1 USD of Total Ride Fees on an Uber XL, Uber SUV, Uber Comfort, and Uber Black, and (iii) 3 miles per $1 USD of Total Ride Fees on Uber Reserve Economy and Uber Reserve Premium. "Total Trip Fare" means the total amount spent by the Linked Account in connection with a qualifying Uber ride, excluding any promotions, discounts, taxes, fees, mandatory additional charges, and tips. Uber X airport rides are not eligible to earn miles at airport locations not serviced by Uber. Uber is not available in all locations and some exclusions may apply to ride types (eg. Taxi and Shuttle), or profiles that are associated with Family, Teen, or Guest accounts and are determined in Uber's sole discretion. If the fare is split between multiple riders, only the fare actually paid by the eligible Linked Account(s) shall be used to calculate a mileage award; unliked members splitting a fare will not be eligible for earn.

Mileage Offer on Qualifying Transactions for Orders: Linked Account members are eligible to earn 1 mile per $1 USD of their total Uber Eats order amount (excluding taxes, fees, service charges, tips, and other non-food/beverage/grocery charges) on Restaurant Delivery and Grocery Delivery orders over $40 USD, in the U.S. Alcohol and similar restricted items (e.g., cannabis) are also not eligible to earn. "Restaurant Delivery" includes any food and restaurant category order placed with a restaurant merchant through Uber Eats. "Grocery Delivery" includes any grocery category order placed with a grocery merchant on Uber Eats from a grocery store through Uber Eats (excludes merchants classified as non-grocery or retail stores such as home improvement retailers, convenience stores, and gas stations).

Individual transactions may only qualify for one loyalty offer at a time and cannot be stacked. 1. Uber One Offer
Delta SkyMiles® Platinum and Platinum Business American Express Card Members who use the Card to purchase an Uber One membership starting on 6/26/2025 through 6/25/2026 ("Sign Up Period") can receive a statement credit for one Uber One membership fee (up to $9.99) (each an "eligible purchase") on the first membership fee charged to the Card Account each month for up to 12 consecutive months from the date of the first eligible purchase ("Offer Period"). Eligible purchases can be made by both the Basic Card Member and Additional Card Members on the Card Account. However, the total amount of statement credits for eligible purchases will not exceed $9.99 per month, per Card Account. Offer is available for Uber One memberships and Uber accounts located in the U.S., except in Northern Mariana, American Samoa, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands, for eligible deliveries or rides in U.S. cities where Uber, Uber Eats, and/or Postmates are available.

To participate in this offer, you must have downloaded or updated to the latest version of the Uber, Uber Eats, and/or Postmates apps. Once the app is downloaded, sign into your existing Uber account or sign up to create a new account. Uber One is a subscription that auto-renews and is subject to the Uber One Membership Terms and Conditions available at https://www.uber.com/legal/en/doc...337838d77e . The Uber One Membership Terms and Conditions currently provide that if you purchase a membership, unless you cancel your membership prior to your next billing date, your membership will automatically renew for another membership period (subject to applicable law). If you cancel your Uber One membership during the Offer Period, you will no longer receive statement credits and you will need to renew your membership if you wish to continue receiving statement credits related to this offer. If you cancel or remove your eligible American Express Card from your Uber or Uber Eats account, you will need to update your payment method for Uber One membership fees to an eligible American Express Card if you wish to continue receiving statement credits related to this offer. The offer will still expire 12 months from the date you made your first eligible purchase during the Offer Period. This means that you may receive fewer than 12 statement credits if you cancel the Uber One membership at any time during the Offer Period. Cancelling or removing your eligible American Express Card will not automatically cancel your Uber One membership and Uber will continue to collect membership fees in accordance with the Uber One Membership Terms and Conditions which are separate from the terms of this offer.

If you transfer to another eligible American Express Card, your eligible Card expires or is replaced, or your Card details change during your 12-month period of eligibility, you will need to remove your previous American Express Card and add your new Card as the payment method for your Uber One membership in your Uber or Uber Eats account. If your American Express Card details change and you do not update your new Card details as your payment method for your Uber One membership prior to your next Uber One billing cycle, you will no longer receive the statement credits in relation to this offer. The offer will still expire 12 months from the date you made your first eligible purchase during the Offer Period. This means that you may receive fewer than 12 statement credits if you cancel or remove or transfer your eligible American Express Card at any time during the Offer Period.

An eligible Card may receive this offer on only one Uber account. If the same eligible Card is added to multiple Uber accounts, only the first Uber account to which the Card is charged will receive the offer. The transaction date may differ from the date you made the purchase if, for example, there is a delay in the merchant submitting the transaction to us or if the merchant uses another date as the transaction date. This means that in some cases your purchase may not earn a statement credit offer for the offer period in which you made the purchase. For example, if an eligible purchase is made on December 31st but the merchant processes the transaction such that it is identified to us as occurring on January 1st, the January statement credit would be applied if available. If you do not see a credit for a qualifying purchase on the Card Account after 8 weeks, please call the number on the back of your Card. If the Card Account is cancelled or past due, it may not qualify to receive a statement credit. Statement credit(s) may not be received or may be reversed if an eligible purchase is returned, refunded, cancelled, or modified. 2. 1X Miles on Eligible Purchases
You will earn 1 mile for each dollar of eligible purchases charged on your Card. Eligible purchases mean purchases for goods and services minus returns and other credits. Eligible purchases do NOT include fees or interest charges, cash advances, purchases of travelers checks, purchases of gift cards, person-to-person transactions, purchases or reloading of prepaid cards, or purchases of other cash equivalents. Miles will be posted to your Delta SkyMiles account 8 to 12 weeks after the end of each month. To be eligible to receive miles, your Card account must not be canceled or past due at the time of fulfillment.

3. $120 Rideshare Credit
Enrollment through American Express is required to receive this benefit. Only Basic Delta SkyMiles Reserve and Reserve Business American Express Card Members or Authorized Account Manager(s) can enroll in the benefit in the Benefits section of their americanexpress.com online account or by calling the number on the back of their Card. Please note, enrollment may take up to 24 hours to take effect on your Card. Enrolled Basic Card Members can earn up to $10 in statement credits per month when the Basic Card or Additional Cards on the enrolled Account are used to make eligible purchases in the U.S. with the following rideshare services: Uber, Lyft, Curb, Revel, and Alto, which are subject to change. However, each enrolled Card Account is only eligible for up to $10 in statement credits per month, for a total of up to $120 per calendar year, per Card Account.

Eligible purchases are for goods and services minus returns and other credits. Eligible purchases do NOT include fees or interest charges, purchases of traveler's checks, purchases or reloading of prepaid cards, purchases of gift cards, person-to-person payments, or purchases of any cash equivalents. Eligible purchases do not include delivery services (for example, food, packages, groceries, pet food, toys or retail clothing), bikeshare, scooter, car rental, transit, membership, or any other non-rideshare services offered by the rideshare providers. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks after an eligible purchase is charged to the enrolled Card Account for statement credit(s) to be posted to the Account. Please call the number on the back of the Card if statement credits have not posted after 8 weeks from the date of purchase. American Express relies on the merchant's processing of transactions to determine the transaction date. If there is a delay in the merchant submitting the transaction to us or if the merchant uses another date as the transaction date then your purchase may not earn the statement credit benefit for the benefit period in which you made the purchase. For example, if an eligible purchase is made on December 31st but the merchant processes the transaction such that it is identified to us as occurring on January 1st, the January statement credit would be applied. If you have transferred to a different Card at the time the merchant submits the transaction, you may not receive the statement credit. Statement credits may not be received or may be reversed if the purchase is cancelled or modified.

American Express also relies on information provided to us by the merchant to identify eligible purchases. If American Express does not receive information that identifies the transaction as an eligible purchase, the Basic Card Member will not receive the statement credit. In most cases, the Basic Card Member may not receive the statement credit if the transaction is made with an electronic wallet or through a third party or if the merchant uses a mobile or wireless card reader to process it.

To be eligible for this benefit, the Card Account must not be canceled or past due at the time of statement credit fulfillment. If American Express, in its sole discretion, determines that you have engaged in or intend to engage in any manner of abuse, misuse, or gaming in connection with this benefit, American Express will not have an obligation to provide statement credits and may reverse any statement credits provided to you. If your Card is enrolled in the benefit and you replace your Card, please check the Benefits section of your americanexpress.com account, mobile app or call the number on the back of your Card to confirm your continued enrollment in the benefit.
