Wow they're just giving these things away now huh? This is the lowest price for an M4 Macbook to ever exist. If you're a veteran who's been waiting, now is the time to pull the trigger. Incredible deal.
It's already a good price at $849+tax at Costco.
$699 with no tax is an absolute no-brainer.

Killer deal if you can get it. I paid $850 for an M3 last December and I love my machine, so this is an absolute steal in my opinion. Good luck!

I have 16 M1 Pro, I do nothing but browse web. Been contemplating getting lighter machine. I kinda think I'd want a 15 inch, but 13 appeals to me too. Since I do nothing really.

13 699 vs 15 899. Which should I consider? I bet I can get $700 out of my pro and do direct swap. Or pay 100-200 for a 15

But I don't want to spend money to side grade. Even exchange sounds better to me

Can anyone borrow their military ID?

Nope. The only chance you have is to KNOW someone who is Active Duty or a Veteran and have them buy it for you. Active Duty and Veteran IDs have pictures and you would get stopped at any gate for any military base.

You don't because you did not earn the access. Your only hope is to have a friend who is Active Duty or a Veteran take your money, buy it and then gift it to you.

I am looking for a MacBook with the longest battery life. Like exceeds 8 hours, maybe 10 hours, which macbook would be the best to buy?

Or know a dependent (they don't have to be active duty or a veteran - source: I know a dependent related to me with access).
