Great price, but Thule's rack clamps are much simpler and superior to Yakima's clamps, which are extremely annoying in my experience.

I love my low profile Inno roof box. It's 13" in height and I can drive in and out of my garage with no issues. This one you will need to remove in order to drive into the garage. Something to think about when buying a cargo box.

I have the Thule L roofbox and couldn't get into a public garage in SF recently. I love the size. It hauls most of my camping gears. I don't want to change it.

I recall getting this for $250 in 2021 at Sierra. So weird that i cant find the listing on Slickdeals anymore.

Just ordered one, thanks. Around our HCOL area, all the used ones are on FB for $450-550, and while I could negotiate a bit, they all have issues like stickers/residue, lost keys, etc. this was the right size we needed so we bit the bullet.

I haven't owned any other cargo box. But I have the Thule force 18 and the clamp is really easy to use. Although the key mechanism is finicky. I have to wiggle a few times to get the key to go in.

from search results, go to Filter - Display options - Show expired deals.But yeah, it's annoying that past deals are no longer displayed by default.

Home garage doors are a standard 7 ft height. By asking what car fits under that with this box on it, I can gauge whether my car would be likely to fit.

Definitely ymmv with garage and car. We have an X5 and with the crossbars it barely fits in the garage. Any box required removal, which sucks. My 911 can fit any giant roof box though haha
