I would apply for the Chase Sapphire Preferred for 100k (in branch only for a limited time), once the 100k is over I'm not sure which offers the best value, bang for your buck and shopping/insurance...

You can check your emails three years ago. When you opened the card they will sent you email. I think you are looking for it because that 48 months criteria, right?
