I pulled my SIM card and the IMEI was printed in very small numbers next to the metal tray where the SIM would lay.

Appreciate! I still have the original box, so I was able to enter the IMEI printed on the box and selected to get $50 for a phone that's been in a drawer for several years.

WM rep said the SE3 is going to $99. at the end of Jan this month ahead of the SE 4 release. But that remains to be seen. Actually a Premier rep who handle WM post paid phones.

You should change it if you still can, the credit is useless because it can't be used on sale prices and the sale prices are more than $100 discount.

Be cautious on the taking the $100 discount code, it probably wont combine with sale prices which are often greater than $100 on most of google's phones. I had some before and they were useless...
