TY - but I believe that this MVNO provider asked me if my ID is on my cell phone? I assumed scan of my Driv Lic. So I quit.

I prefer not to have my id online with 3rd party vendor.
I guess they do not have a local presence to verify ID - but there are many MVNO that does not require ID verification.
