When you buy two watches, you get an additional "bundle" discount which may vary depending on trade-ins. Without trade-ins, I received a $28 discount on two watches. I saw the bundle savings was lower if I also had a trade-in.
I paid $212.70 per watch (45mm Galaxy Watch 3) without any trade-ins. You should see three savings if you are buying two watches (promotional discount, workplace savings, and bundle discount).

It's also possible that Samsung has changed their policy and no longer gives the full discount for unverified accounts.
If you have any kind of work email you could use, try creating an account with Plum Benefits or Perks at Work.
Otherwise, if you have an EDU email, you can try the + trick but I have no idea if that works on Samsung.
So if your email is [email protected], you would make it [email protected] or add anything else you want, it just has to be before the @ symbol and needs a + before it.
Again though, I have no idea if that works on Samsung as I've never tried it.
I've also seen some people tricking websites by using something like john+edu@gmail, since the website will pick up on the EDU and assume it's a legit email but I've never tried that myself.
