you can still eat them, the only thing that " may" be affected is flavor...definitely won't hurt you if that's what you're concerned about.

So yeah, there's going to be some fat.
But there's also a good amount of fiber.

I really like these but I've gotten burned too many times buying those and protein bars from Amazon that expire before I can finish them.
