apparently the law is that if 1 "Serving" of whatever is <5cal you are allowed to call it "0 cal"....who knows why, you'd have to ask the politicians. according to USDA web site, generic yellow mustard has about 3.05cal per 5g serving. so 594 servings->1,812 cal. On the other hand, eating 6.5 lbs of mustard would probably make me lose my appetite for eating -anything- for quite a while, so that mustard diet may still have some promise!
This is great for when I'm smoking ribs, brisket, or pork shoulder.

For the time when you order 1,000 Subway footlongs, but forget to ask for mustard.

If you don't use mustard regularly or in occasional huge quantities, I'm not sure $2 in savings makes sense to sign up for almost a gallon.

I had a 40% off coupon to clip, too, so it ended up being $2 and change for me

A lot of people use mustard to get the rub to stick to the meat better.
