The price per ounce indicates one pack, but comments seem to indicate it was a multipack in the past.

Seeing P/U only here, no shipping - that has reduced the chances of it not being caught previously at Walmart if PM.

Probably only worth even attempting if you plan on going to a Walmart anyway on account of these absolutely being 1 cup and not a pack of 36.

Reviews are mixed in with other sites, like Sam's and Hershey's, it's also in the category of "grab n go -> single serve candy," very likely it's just 1 and incorrect description.
