Check the reviews. A lot of complaints of this food making their dog sick.

Anytime you switch dog foods up in a dog there's an adjustment period where the dog will likely get the runs. Even with very high quality dog foods.

Deal was available, but I didn't take it. It hits this ~$20 price point pretty often, and according to the dromedaries, $49 is about $10-15 higher than its normal high point.

My dogs also aren't fond of the Wag branded foods. While they are a bit picky, the last time I got it I ended up tossing some of it as they just didn't want it.

I have seen some comments on various threads/posts about dogs getting "sick" or having loose stools when switching dog foods. Never just switch your dog's food! When switching brands or formulas, do so gradually. You should NEVER just go from one bag to another when switching. You should start by doing a 50/50 mix of new/old foods and take at least 5 days to switch. If you have to do a 100% switch then add cottage cheese or plain yogurt to the food. The problem is rarely the food. The problem is people not understanding how to transition.

For a comparison, imagine eating only the exact same meal (like chicken noodle soup) for a month or two and then eating something very different (like a beef burrito). Your guts would be mad, too!

I've had this before and my dog liked it. I want to get it but my next S&S date isn't until the middle of June. Does anyone know of a way around that without setting up a new account?
