Note, people are crappy. I recently got a unit that appeared to be factory sealed from lowes that had a battery from 2016 that was doa......clearly somebody swapped it.

Check your batteries. Thankfully lowes has a relatively easy and extended return period.

got a full season out of this mower so far, no complaints. I use the two ego blowers and HD tarp for leaves, hardly need a rake.
