Saw these on BrickSeek last night and went to my 2 closest Walmarts showing stock and couldn't find these anywhere, so YMMV indeed

For that price I can buy one for the tires. The one I bought from HD 4 years ago has two tires not holding air.

Buy online and return/rebuy?

Got one of these on clearance last year, it's great for small landscaping jobs. I've used it for hauling topsoil, gravel, mulch etc. My only gripe is that you pretty much have to fully invert it to empty the contents 100%, otherwise it leaves about a shovelful of material if you just use the dump feature, but you can't go wrong for <$50. I've been on the lookout for a deal on one of the larger models since.

Looks like the stores here are down to $89 now, with one being $76.81. Stores here aren't in any hurry this year to mark stuff down.
