Please be careful about when it says Rent Payments. Only specific rental companies are covered in it.Triple Check with your rental company if they accept it.
Point redemption by statement of credit or towards next month rent is only 55c for 100 points. Which is not even 1% cash back. travel redemption may upto 125c for 100 points. If you are not a frequent traveler then this card may not help save more apart from rent points. so I think that is the reason they enforce to use atlesast 5 times a month.
Instantly regretting getting this card, didn't read to the very end of the comments and via browsing 30 or so pages didn't see much regarding Plaid. My rent portal uses plaid and only recognizes my actual cash accounts and not this one. No way to manually enter ACH information since the management changed last year. Will call the office on Monday, but has anyone else been in a similar situation and found a workaround? Otherwise guess I'll be taking the credit score hit.

In California it's illegal for them to require electronic payment. They need to be able to accept a mailed check as well

Contact Bilt support.
I pay rent through Zillows portal, which Bilts payment account does not work with-- they've been manually crediting the points each month for 1.5 years now- I just have to email them a screen shot of the payment each month and they credit the points within a day or two.

Get Amex card you get 1000 back paying 4 months rent using the card. that is more than 10% back
What amex card lets you pay rent without significant fees and gives you $250/mo in rewards every month?

Yeah the max value here will be folks who travel and use the points to transfer to airlines

Don't remember if it was Plaid but my Rental company's rent page had something similar. After entering the wrong info three times it showed a page where the Bilt ACH information could be entered manually.

He's talking about a sign up bonus and ignoring cash advance fees 🤦🏻
Not true at all.
You get a routing number and an account number and can either mail a check to your rental company, or provide the rounting/account number like a check to your online bill pay system.
I got a bilt card in April, so feel free to ask me any questions, def worth it for all the free points, and I got a bunch of referrals, so got a bonus 50k points too.
I just won't carry a balance on it.
Can I use it on Apartments.com and do I get charged a fee?

Also, must the card be paid off via a Well Fargo Bank account, or will any bank account work?
Thanks.
