I believe they meant free shipping to store for in-store pickup, if not currently in stock.

Free shipping only if you buy other products above a certain value. I tried it with xbox controller and it showed free shipping. Removed controller and it changed to paid.

There are several Rocketfish and Insignia accessories on sale.

I grabbed these and the Insignia Play & Charge Kit + Rocketfish Xbox Batteries. The batteries charge while in the controller and last just about as long as the official Xbox batteries, for much less. ~$5 is a nice deal on them.

I would not recommend these, the rubber rubs off like an eraser as it gets warm and humid. The rubber can also peel off very easily.

I've used versions of these on every controller I've owned for the last 8 years or so. They do not damage your sticks. In fact there is no way for them to damage your sticks at all. All they do is simply extend the height.

I see the OP edited their post to clarify that the free shipping is for those with a TotalTech account (which you have to pay for). Or you can still do store pickup which is free.

the plastic clamps have sharp edges, after taking them off the joystick a few times the rubber started to rip on top.

I just bought these and put them on. They have 3 anchors that are sharp plastic. You have to be careful taking them off as they'll rip the texturized plastic/rubber of the stick. I've gotten caps off aliexpresss that are rubber all the way around so they are a little more difficult to secure onto the sticks but no chance for damage.

What he said. AlieExpress has better stuff than what insignia has.
