Only issue with gamestop. You may get an open "new" version of the game. I ordered Dragon Quest XI new recently and both copies were open.

I price matched GameStop to save the 99 cents since I was already chatting with them to get a refund on other items that have dropped since ordering.

I hate that. A little tape is not akin to factory sealed. Especially with sticker residue on the upper right corner. There is a childlike enjoyment I get when opening a new game and GameStop routinely robs me of it. For shame.

To top it off. One of the discs was loose so it was shaking around getting damaged during the shipping transit. I just returned it to a physical store and the clerk said "but sir this is new". I stopped him immediately and told his kindly but firm "I know what you're about to say but you wouldn't accept one of our open items as new". And he proceeded to give me my refund. Its not his fault but dammit stop spewing their corporate BS to their customers.

In the app under product details it says " the launch edition comes in a steelbook (while supplies last)". Which sounds like there's no guarantee ordering from target will get you one.
