They taste good, but that's because they're more than 25% sugar by weight. Ingredients include sugar, honey (more sugar), and brown sugar syrup (even more sugar). Putting "nature" in the brand name doesn't make it good for you.

Showing $6.56 in my Amazon cart. Comes out to $.13 per bar at Amazon vs $.12 at Sam's. Not sure I would call that way cheaper.
