Absolutely should IMO. I'm not a warranty guy myself but Onn TVs have a tendency to be junk. I had bought one (not this model) for my brother because it was really cheap a couple years back and he needed a big screen. A week or 2 later, I had a couple employees telling me that after the holidays, a bunch of those units would be returned for not working or just being junk. Tried to get my brother to return it but he didn't want to because it was already installed, working, and I'd spend more after returning to get a better TV. In the end, the Onn lasted about a year and half before it went bad. Can't remember the problem for sure but it was either that it wouldn't power on or it would power on but didn't have a picture. Back when it was working, the picture quality was obviously terrible too as any TV is at that price. If it were me in need of a cheap large screen, I would rather buy nothing and keep hunting than to settle on an Onn model.
