Nope... and no email explaining it that I can see. And it is a coupon. So, it is not refundable.
I don't think it is my anniversary date... and it only has a short grace period. Oh well... I will use it, but wish there was a % off coupon currently to make it worthwhile. Or maybe there is and I am not seeing it.

I received one on the 24th. Valid thru 26th. "Promotional Gift". Coincided with the first date the new credit card is valid - I also wondered if that was the trigger. Have to give it extra thought if nonrefundable.edit: Was included as an extra 'blurb' on email with subject "Want BIG savings? Shop the Refresh Sale + up to 85% off clearance".

Mine is too, but it's not the Visa branded one that can be used anywhere, only at Kohl's. I'm glad they didn't arbitrarily issue me one of those, I would have cancelled. This talk reminds me that I have to activate my new card finally, and set up a Capital One login to manage it.

I was in kohls a few days ago, and someone was trying to pay their cc at cs. It would not accept a payment. They kept asking her, are you sure you didn't pay this account?
They finally gave up, and said the system was down.
