Exactly 💯%! 75% boost plus you get to choose a category (online purchases for me). With the rewards alone I pay my phone/Internet bill monthly 🙏

Also, I usually make the payments in-store using Apple Pay or Walmart Pay and many of these transactions track as online purchases along with my preferred client bonus. Every quarter I max out on my online category cashback.

1. You cannot pay online, no way to add it, CS do not know why.
2. They do NOT even provide you a monthly stmt, no paper stmt, no e-stmt. Just NO stmt at all. CS does not know why.
3. Complaints with CFPB just go to a black hole.
Uh, 1 and 2 are categorically false.
Have had this card for years, and have done online bill pay (through the website or the BoA app) the entire time.
Also have always received a paper statement, email notifications for statements, and can access pdf statements online going back to 2016 (when I opened the card).

It depends on if you have other accounts with them and your situation. My card numbers were stolen at a restaurant once. They made a fake card and charged thousand in another state. They send me a new card and removed all the charges very quickly. I've had no problems with BofA.
- Refused to give proper rewards. BoA was recently fined $100 million on this by CFPB. They have not changed.
- As someone else commented, they do not care if you complain to CFPB, it's like the $100 million was a joke to them, probably because it is.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.
