Edit: test setup in the backyard with my son took almost an hour. Next time, maybe 20-30 minutes. MASSIVE. Always do a dry run before you need it
Structure is very dependent on reliable staking. It won't stand alone like smaller tents, the side rooms will collapse in a slight breeze. Lots of guy wires to set up, but you could probably skip half of them unless it's really windy.
6'8" height inside is a game changer.
