Nice one (i have it) but save a bit extra and buy a slider version.
It gets quite irritating that you cannot do too wide of boards.

Only thing about the sliding one is it's an absolute beast in terms of size. This one's a little more manageable for most tasks and moving around.

This is the Cadillac of DeWalt miter saws, but it's huge if you're only cutting 3 inch casing. The sliding feature on any miter saw adds a lot of depth to the footprint. Cuts lumber up to 2x14 or 2x12 at 45 degrees. Good for, joists, rafters, decks, etc.

The one posted by OP is just a more manageable size imo. Amazon q&A's say it can potentially cut up to 2x10
