Honestly not much of a deal, this saw has been 250 a number of times and a good miter saw stand the Ridgid MSUV usually hits 100 factory blemished (which is usually new but marked down below MAP pricing) around this time of year and is a better stand for most users (wheeled fold up style). Also the new version of this saw is IIRC harder to convert to a DWS780 with the XPS light and is missing some features from years past due to redesign. This is what I would expect to pay for the more expensive DWS780 with stand.
