I was gong through my spam and noticed an email from "Verizon Class Action Settlement Administrator", of course it looked like spam but I decided to open it anyway. The body of the email layed out the lawsuit where Verizon lost and is liable for $100 million. It goes on to say that the records shows I was a customer between 2016 and 2023, which qualifies me. Before clicking on the link to file the claim, I searched "Verizon Class Action Settlement" and it was all over the net from legit sources. I clicked on one of the links and brings me to a short page that required a "Notice ID" and a "Verification Code" which were both in my email. Upon enetering the details, My full name and address and account number populated (data from Verizon).
I filled out a few other things and received an confirmation email. Not sure how much I'll get but $100 is max.
Must be filed by April 15th 2024.
Edit: This only applies to Verizon Wireless customers only.

That linked page has links to the official place to submit your claim also.
Not sure if I missed the notice or am not included...
I just sent a message to them asking about if we are class members and our claim info to file, if so.
UPDATE: Got the email on the 7th. Claim filed.

Of course you'll need the 2 items from the email (see original post).
Again, I found it in my spam dated Jan 3rd 2024.
Good luck.
How to apply
To apply, a special website (https://www.verizonadmi
The payout is at least $15 and might be more depending on how long the customer used Verizon and the number of customers who file a claim. A claim must be filed to receive the payout and only customers with postpaid wireless accounts or data plans from January 1, 2016, to November 8, 2023, are eligible.
Customers who don't file a claim "will give up any right you may have to sue Verizon about the issues in this lawsuit," the website said.

You can't submit a claim until Verizon sends you a letter or email with the information. I've been a customer since 2016 and haven't received anything yet.
Has anyone else received it? It would be helpful to track the data points here in the comments!

Did you have a postpaid wireless accounts or data plans from January 1, 2016, to November 8, 2023? In addition, should there be a number on the claim site to call?
