I had first gen of this light the 3000 luman one got it for $60 on fb marketplace, was super bright but sold it. Was too bulky compared to the other 2 Milwaukee lights the 1500 luman ones and didn't seem to put off 2x the light. The smaller lights were better to throw in packout with my other tools and not take up half the box. Just my experience still a great light though jusy wish it was smaller and had magnets

If you go to Home Depot in store, you can still the Milwaukee 5ah TWO PACK started kit deal with a free tool for $179. This angle grinder and light are both options as free tools. I just pickled up this deal yesterday, I took the mini router as my free tool

100% agree. If you don't need to move it around too much it's fine and like the hybrid aspect but def too big for anything mobile. No point in light this big you can get similar lumens in a flashlight these days

This light is huge and heavy. I don't think it's worth it if you work in close quarters environments. It doesn't have a magnet to mount it on metal materials. Battery life is ok not great but you can always plug it in for unlimited power.

There's a lot more to a good light than lumens. How evenly is that flashlight going to light up your workspace and how are you going to hold/mount it? How long will it stay bright before throttling itself down and how long is the battery going to last? Do you have several spare batteries in your work van or packout kit for easy swap out?

did you not read the post? they don't let you order it online any more. you have to go to the store. the link is useless but here you go https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwa.../320379720.

go to the section of your local HD that has all the milwuakee batteries and you'll see a HUGE poster advertising this deal. i saw in home depots in NY, NJ and PA. the fine print says it's goon until the month ends.

here is my receipt: https://i.imgur.com/P9bAb1A.jpg

2x 5ah batteries, charger, compact M18 fuel router, $179 total.

Mileage varies. I went to 5 stores around the west and north side of AZ and they've been sold out for a while. Hopefully other members can post areas/stores where it's still available.

I don't think these are the same tools as the previous 2 5ah battery+tool deal you are referring to. The grinder in this deal has a brake while the one in the previous deal didn't as I remember it. Which I had the model numbers to check but home depot took down the previous deal as you stated so I can't check without running to the store.
