The 'Clean Mint' is so powerfully strong flavored that I kept an old tube just to remind me to never buy it again.

The Peppermint and at least one other flavor also has this Buy 3, get $5 promo, but the price ea isn't as good as the OP's deal. One example:

That's expensive, as you can buy from Costco & Sam's Club, when they have a sale for 5-6 pieces with almost the same price.

(Unless y'all don't have them in your city/town)

I bought 4 for $5 at Dollar Tree. Each was 3 oz of Clean Mint paste.
That is 12 oz for $5. This are 12.6 oz for $9.95.

What happened to the good old simple sale items? Why do they have to dangle the S&S hook lure us into a long term relationship? If I find something cheaper, I'll get it upfront.

You should love S&S as a slickdealer. Typical shoppers are subsidizing these deals by letting their subscription ride at full price (minus S&S discount).

You can set the interval to 6 months, allows plenty of time to cancel the subscription after the initial shipment at the discounted rate.
