Seems decent. I usually buy the NOW creatine 8oz/277g for $10.

The NOW brand has been as low as $12 a few times for the same amount, if you don't care about micronized. https://slickdeals.net/share/iphone_app/fp/921337

EVL creatine is 35% off, makes it slightly cheaper per serving compared to ON.

Does the micronized help it mix better?

I normally buy nutricost because of my trust in the brand from 3rd party testing. But nutricost costs around 50% more.

No. Not a deal. Consumerlab.com rated BULK SUPPLEMENTS best creatine. It's cheaper per ounce too. Here's the link:

I have a bottle of this at home, I've never use non-micronized to compare, but don't expect it to dissolve in water because creatine isn't really water soluble. I usually put it in a shake or just stir it in water and drink it right away before it settles.
