A great price if you are brand-loyal to Dymatize, which is normally pretty expensive.

A good (but not fantastic) price when compared to other more generic brands of whey powders.
There is 60% of your daily in 1 egg. I have 4 eggs a day every day. My cholesterol is generally 170ish with 90+ of that being HDL (at 42). Dietary cholesterol has almost nothing to do with blood cholesterol.

Well, I guess I'll ask again, the one question it seems that no one on the planet can answer...how does the Elite Whey Chocolate flavor compare to the ISO100 Gourmet Chocolate flavor? Just wondering if they taste similar.

Can someone explain to me how the 15% subscribe and save works on new purchases? My checkout never reflects the 15% and it says that the 15% will be applied on future orders. Which I don't want because it's gonna go back to normal price so I really don't care. I'm gonna cancel this in like a month.

I should probably mention that I have five or more subscribe and saves right now and the delivery date is all on the same day. Still only get 5% on new S&S subscription purchases

Are you picking the One-time purchase: option instead of the Subscribe & Save: option?

The ISO is purer protein. If you have lactose or cholesterol issues the ISO is better for you. For most healthy young people the surprisingly high 10-20% of cholesterol per serving in this version isn't an issue though. If youre drinking 2-3 shakes every day then it might be somewhat of a concern.

I bought this last time it was on SD. i got the vanilla and still working through the tub. It's not bad. The taste is a little too sweet, and getting rid of clumps takes some effort, but overall I would buy it again. I mix with milk in a shaker cup, and no matter how much I shake, there's still a few clumps, but not the end of the world. I tried a blender, and that works for mixing it, but it ends up an air shake.

That's a really good point on the cholesterol - everyone always says you don't need iso if you're not lactose intolerant, but 25% of your daily cholesterol from one shake can be an issue. Looks like the vanilla ISO 100 is on sale for $60.

On the subscribe and save, you can change the first delivery date so you can take advantage of the 15%. It usually defaults to next available shipped date at 5%.

The cholesterol issue is BS from the corn industry studies that told us eggs were the devil for 30 years while they pushed for more breakfast cereal as an alternative. Dietary cholesterol has a very small effect on total cholesterol. You can look all this up. Most higher cholesterol comes from activity levels and generally bad diet in general which causes people to be overweight or obese.

How does this compare to Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Double Rich Chocolate and Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Extreme Milk Chocolate?
