Saying that, this is an excellent beater. Perfect for yard work, the beach, etc., any time you don't want to risk damage to a nice watch. My first one lasted about 6 years before the crown fell out.
I will always have one of these as long as Casio continues to make them and keeps the price low. Batteries are easy to change. Being quartz, very accurate. Easy to read and looks decent (for a beater).

Aside from just a general beater for wearing when doing chores, odd jobs, going to the beach etc., I wear mine primarily when playing golf. The watch is very light weight and does not impede or alter my swing.
