The free shipping on this makes it worth it. Dont have to drag it from someone's basement and get it in a truck to bring home
Nostalgia. This would have been $1500+ just 4 years ago
The single stack machines like this are all the same. You'll have 120-150lb of weights which is the limit on the direct pull down. The chest press and butterfly goes through a pulley that increases the weight per plate. While the bottom foot and curling has an even higher multiplier.

You'd have to look at the manual for the actual machine to know the exact ratios.

Only the large machines with three weight stacks have all of them as direct and would have the heavier weight stacks.

I bought this on the last sale. The instructions are poor but the video helps.

You spend more time trying to figure out what goes where than you do actually assembling the parts.Mad

Does the description mean out of the box it can do 300+ lbs combined of weight training? Or some exercises use the resistance and some use the weight stack?

I was wondering the same thing looks like 120 or so pounds in the actual weight stack and then 300 in resistance.

Almost pulled the trigger but it seems lite in the weight stack

I mean this seems cheap. As someone starting out, is this good equipment for a workout room in the house?

LOL, I meant that I see these free on marketplace all the time. People get tired of using them as clothes hangers
