What I could profile from reviews is 1) terrible negative reviews from well built/strong men 2) excellent reviews from women.
I guess it is not made of high quality materials and not for heavy strength training. Also need a bit of luck with getting all components shipped correctly for assembly.
mine just arrived after this deal was posted a few days ago. I'll be setting it up this weekend and will update this thread.
From the resistance.

My wife wanted some $5K mirror thing that had a monthly subscription and I believe it was $500 for the attachments. This looks like a good alternative. Will give it a shot. Thanks OP.

surprised there weren't any "ex-wife" jokes after this.

this caught my eye from the last deal but with the low price seems kinda iffy.

Marcy offers a couple machines at sub 400$ off amazon , that look fairly similar, but with 150# stack .

Excellent evaluation. Men who are even halfway new to the gym should avoid.

I own two one at my apartment and one at home (I work out of town during the week). I like it, it functions fine no issues but I did email customer service several times and never heard back from them. The pulleys were initially a pain to run the cables. Directions weren't real clear but I got it done. For the money this is a no brainer. I purchased both of mine off of Amazon

I pulled a trigger on this one back in January when it was $300. At $20 bucks cheaper it's a great starter setup. I would supplement this with a good bench to give yourself more free weight training options. I found a bench for $50 in Walmart as well.

Compound pulleys, looks up things like snatch block.

Just put it together last night. Most of the bad reviews are from poor assembly instructions. The vender provides a link to a video that is very helpful. There is a rotatable 3D view on the Walmart product page.

It's not a bad weight machine for the price, but like others costing more, it is lacking height adjustment for the legs. I am 6' 3" and my feet drag a little bit when doing leg curls. I fixed that by adding a firm pillow under my knees. I didn't see other comparable machines with that feature, maybe I missed it?

My machine was well packaged, nothing was missing or dented. The cardboard packaging is also lined with wood sheets for added protection. I tried the machine for short time, so I can't attest to its long-term reliability. Everything seems to function smoothly with no noticeable binding, or undue mechanical noise.

I actually canceled this order within 30 minutes after I made it because I saw another machine that had a leg press, but Walmart would not cancel the order. The other machine was on sale for around $600 but had the leg press and a rowing/sit-up function. I'm still kind of salty about that, but I figure I can just do squats and sit-ups instead.
