This little 3ah is for lights or a screwdriver or something like that. Will it do all the others? Sure, but as you write, not as much staying power. But it's perfect for a screwdriver (or even a 1.5ah is perfect for a screwdriver) because it's lighter and easier to use.

also, $150 is the NORMAL price for these batteries. this set has sold for $80-$100 in the past. the $10 per ah rule only applies to batteries that aren't trash.
